  1. 250 gmbesan (chepkea flour)
  2. Oil
  3. Salt
  4. Green chilli
  5. Curry leaves
  6. 3onions
  7. Corn
  8. Ginger
  9. half teaspoonHaldi

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take chopped onions and sweet corn in a bowl, add grated ginger into it.

    Into it add curry leaves and chopped green chillies. Also add chickpea flour, turmeric and salt

  3. 3

    Mix it well, make a batter and also add some oil in tye batter. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the pakoras in it.

  4. 4

    Fry them until they turn red brown. Tasty chickpea flour pakoras are ready to be served.
