Mushroom Do Pyaaja

Mushroom is one of my least favourite food in the kitchen, but it’s the family-favourite. So I cook occasionally but try to come up with different interesting recipes which I can try to enjoy too. This one with shallots came out really well, the mild shallots complementing strong flavours of mushrooms very nicely.
To make it spicier add few slices of green chillis, which I have avoided in this recipe.
