Whole Wheat Bread with Lots of Grain Fiber

I added plenty of whole wheat flour to create a deeply flavorful bread. The more you chew, the more flavor you get. You can enjoy it as is, without butter. It's fluffy when warmed.
The origin of this recipe
I referred to a recipe from a collection that came with my bread maker and increased the whole wheat flour ratio to suit my taste. The flavor of the whole wheat is indescribably delicious.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Pour the water into the bread maker's container first.
- 2
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, skim milk powder, and salt (add the butter later).
- 3
Add the mixture from step 2 to the water in the bread maker. Make a small well in the center, add the dry yeast, and scatter the butter around it in small pieces.
- 4
Start the dough-making course on the bread maker and wait for it to finish.
- 5
Once done, take the dough out onto a floured surface and shape it into one piece (gently degas it).
- 6
Divide the dough into 12 pieces and shape them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
- 7
Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for the second time. Use the oven's proofing function, place in a warm area, or use a heated table to let the dough rise until 1.5 to 2 times its original size.
- 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 13 to 15 minutes until done.

Moist, Chewy & Fluffy Whole Wheat Bread Moist, Chewy & Fluffy Whole Wheat Bread
I wanted to use a lot of whole wheat flour for a nutritious and fragrant bread, so I baked this. It'll remain moist, chewy, and fluffy even after 3 days. I'm proud of this recipe. The amount of time for the second rising and the baking time varies on your oven, so adjust accordingly.During baking, if the top seems like it's going to burn, gently take it out and quickly cover with aluminum foil.I like a lightly browned top, so I covered the tops with foil after 15 minutes. Springy and Fluffy Whole Wheat Bread with Lots of Soy Milk Springy and Fluffy Whole Wheat Bread with Lots of Soy Milk
When my friend was pregnant and suffering from morning sickness, she couldn't stomach anything besides bread. She wanted me to teach her a recipe for a whole wheat bread that would give her nutrients! So I thought and thought and got this recipe. Not only did I use whole wheat flour, I also used soy milk, which makes the dough so fluffy. Since pregnant women easily lack enough iron and become anemic, the soy milk helps to replenish the iron content. This is a simple and nutritious bread.Leave the kneading of the dough up to the bread maker.Since they're just formed into balls, they're easy to shape! If you like a sweeter bread, it's okay to increase the honey. For 8 buns. Recipe by Anegochan cookpad.japan -
