Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbsflank steak sliced against the grain
  • 1/4 ccornstarch
  • 1 TBSgarlic
  • 1/4 tspchili flakes
  • 3/4 cBrown sugar
  • 1 TBSgrated ginger
  • 2 TBSolive oil
  • 3/4 cwater
  • 3/4 csoy sauce
  • 1 cupshredded carrots
  • green onions for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice meat place in a baggie or bowl and coat with cornstarch

  2. 2

    Combine seasoning in crock pot

  3. 3

    Add steak and stir to coat evenly

  4. 4

    Cook on high for 2-3 hours.

  5. 5

    Last 30 min add carrots.

  6. 6

    Serve over rice. Garnish as desired.
