Super Juicy Super Crispy Fried Chicken Thighs Super Juicy Super Crispy Fried Chicken Thighs
About 20 years ago I made the best fried chicken of my life. I have never replicated that recipe. My problem then was just adding some of this, a bit of that. I have come close but just never the same in taste or in texture. I have never given up trying and I think this is as close I ever got to recreating it. It turned out so tasty, juicy and just the right crispness. You can use this recipe to fry any chicken. Skin on, skinless. Breasts, wings thighs or legs. Taylor Topp Comacho -
Fried Chicken Thighs Cor-rect Fried Chicken Thighs Cor-rect
When my wife and I were working at this place in the city called Zero Zero, one of our most popular starters was these fried chicken thighs. One night she checked in on a table to see how their meal was going and the response was, "Cor-Rect! These chicken thighs are cor-rect, as always." For some reason that stuck with us, and this has always seemed to me to be the cor-rect way to fry chicken. For a really great, and somewhat unexpected dipping sauce, stir some ground cumin into a little greek yogurt. Or, just serve with fried rosemary and a bowl of lemon slices. You can use breast meat, but it's kinda a whole different story, so I'd recommend looking for a recipe specific to chicken breast in that case. I seasoned juicy chicken thighs with ginger and vinegar to make a light dish. The "Jukumi" vinegar, for which I was chosen as a cooking tester, goes especially well with meat dishes. If you coat the accompanying vegetables in the sauce, you'll be able to gobble them up.You can use grated ginger from a tube.Since you coat the chicken with katakuriko potato starch flour in a plastic bag, your hands won't get dirty. If won't need oil if you have a non-stick or Teflon pan. Juicy Fried Chicken - Freeze This For Your Bento Juicy Fried Chicken - Freeze This For Your Bento
I previously uploaded a recipe titled [Inexpensive & Filling Chicken Breasts! Juicy Fried Chicken]. I took this and reduced some of the ingredients slightly and then made it into an easy-to-freeze amount. If this recipe makes too much for you, then half everything.Since this is for bento, if you're worried about the garlic, then just add a small amount in or you can completely omit it all together. You add in shichimi spice, but it's just an accent, so it's not going to be overly spicy.Adjust it if your children are going to be eating this. Pan-fried Chicken Thigh with Honey and Lemon Juice Pan-fried Chicken Thigh with Honey and Lemon Juice
The sweet and sour flavors of this dish will stimulate your appetite. Adjust the amount of the honey if necessary. You might feel this dish will turn out too sweet, but the salt, pepper and soy sauce help bring the sweetness down a little. This dish is good to place in lunch boxes, so pack in your bento!!Remove skin from the chicken if you like, but I think the oils released from the skin makes this dish tastier. Remove it if you don't like greasy food.During Step 6, turn up the heat to thicken the sauce. Be careful not to let the sauce burn while reducing. Recipe by Rika&chako cookpad.japan -
