These are Korean-style rice balls, called Jumeokbap (주먹밥). Just chop and mix the ingredients—it's that easy! They're delicious and great for kids, too! About this recipe: I always see this on the menu at my favorite Korean restaurant, so I wanted to try making it at home. Using Hondashi is my own twist.

Cooking Instructions

Finely chop the takuan and green onions. Crumble the Korean seaweed into small pieces. (Use as much takuan as you like!)

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.

You can use plastic wrap to help shape them, or if you're wearing food-safe gloves, just form them with your hand.
