In a small bowl, combine all the sauce mix ingredients (marked ●) and stir well to make the sauce.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the sesame oil, and lightly sauté the sliced dried red chili peppers.

Add the pork and cook until the color changes.

Add all the vegetables except the cabbage and stir-fry until they soften.

Add the cabbage and stir until coated with oil, then pour in half of the sauce and mix well.

Add the noodles, gently loosen with chopsticks, then add the remaining sauce. Stir-fry over high heat until everything is well coated and heated through.

Serve on a plate and top with white sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
