Steps

Heat one pot and dry roast semolina for 10 mnts at slow flame.

Remove from fire and keep aside.

Take pot heat oil add mustard seeds,urad dal,toovar dal, peanuts, curry leaves and chopped green chillies.

Cook them on slow flame for 10-15 mnts.

Add roasted semolina and cook for another 5 mnts.

Remove from fire.let it cool. Add salt mix and store in airtight container.

It will last at least 20 days without refrigerator.

Use whenever you want to make Upma.
