Prepare the ingredients.

Add a little oil and add the garlic.

Sauté the shrimp and remove them.

Once the shrimp are removed, add the squid along with the cuttlefish.

Add the tomato sauce and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the clams so they open up, and add a cup of broth or stock.

Incorporate the rice, stirring everything so the rice absorbs the flavor of all the ingredients. I use 8-10 handfuls.

Add the teaspoon of sweet paprika and the saffron strands.

Pour in the rest of the broth (preheated), and add the shrimp.

Cook the paella for about 15-18 minutes or until the rice is done.

Let it rest for 5-10 minutes and it's ready!
