  • 1hard-boiled egg, cooked to your liking
  • 1/4 cupguacamole or mashed avocado (about 57 grams)
  • 1 slicetoasted sandwich bread
  • Salt and pepper

    Toast the bread slice, spread with guacamole, then slice the peeled egg as thinly as you can and place the slices on top.

  2. 2

    If you’re extra hungry, make a double batch! Honestly, it’s hard to stop eating these! 🤤

    Add a little salt and pepper if you like!
