Fried Chicken KFC Style (Homemade Flour, No MSG)

Bought 2 kg of chicken pieces to make various small portion dishes, just for me and my child 😀😀 so I made just enough.
Still using the same flour seasoning as before, but this time I coated the chicken 2-3 times to make the crust thicker.
I made this using just the chicken meat, but you can fry it with the bones too, it's up to your preference 😊😊😊
The taste rivals KFC.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Mix with salt and lime juice, let it sit for 1/2-1 hour until the flavors are absorbed.

Mix all the flour ingredients (I put them in a plastic container, cover, and shake to ensure even mixing).

Dip the chicken in the egg, then coat with the flour mixture. Remove from the flour, dip again in the egg, and coat with flour again. Repeat 2-3 times until the coating is thick.

Fry over medium heat until golden brown, then remove and serve.

Crispy and crunchy 😄😄😄
