  • 1 canfire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tspminced onion
  • 1 Tbspminced garlic
  • 1 Tbspcumin
  • 1 tspItalian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients in pot or pan and simmer for 10-15 min

  2. 2

    Serve over favorite rice or in a burrito. Add toppings - cheese, sour cream, fire roasted peppers and onions, lettuce, corn, salsa, guacamole.
