  • 1 1/3 poundsgnocchi (about 600 grams)
  • 2red bell peppers
  • 1red onion
  • 1 2/3 cupscrushed tomatoes (about 400 grams)
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • Herbes de Provence
  • Spices
  • 2balls fresh mozzarella

  1. 1

    Sauté the chopped onion and bell peppers in olive oil until softened, about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C).

  3. 3

    In a baking dish, add the gnocchi, crushed tomatoes, garlic, herbs, spices, and the sautéed vegetables.

  4. 4

    Mix well. Tear the mozzarella over the top. Bake for 20 minutes at 430°F (220°C).
