Sauté the chopped onion and bell peppers in olive oil until softened, about 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C).

In a baking dish, add the gnocchi, crushed tomatoes, garlic, herbs, spices, and the sautéed vegetables.

Mix well. Tear the mozzarella over the top. Bake for 20 minutes at 430°F (220°C).
