Almond Meal Cinnamon Raisin Cookies

I made these easy and delicious Cinnamon Raisin Cookies with almond meal from homemade almond milk and a chocolate drizzle! They’re soft, chewy, and full of warm cinnamon flavor. Mix homemade almond meal, cinnamon, coconut flakes, raisins, yogurt, and honey. Roll into 12 balls, flatten to about 4.5 inches, and top with dark brown sugar. Bake at 350°F for 16–18 minutes, then drizzle with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
