  3. 1 tablespoondissolved gelatin (about 10g)
  4. Juice of 1 lemon
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoonssugar (about 20g)
  6. Plenty of edible violet flowers

    Blend everything except the flowers in a blender, then chill until set.
