  • 7 ozsour cream (about 200g)
  • 1 tablespoondissolved gelatin (about 10g)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoonssugar (about 20g)
  • Plenty of edible violet flowers

    Blend everything except the flowers in a blender, then chill until set.
