Ingredients

  1. 1/3 CupQuick Oats
  2. 1/2 tablespoonChia Seeds/ Sabja Seeds
  3. 2 TeaspoonHoney/ Raw Sugar/ Jaggery Powder/ Any Sweetener
  4. 1/2 CupChopped Fruits (Mix/ Cheeku/ Banana/ Mango/Apple/Papaya Or any Seasonal Fruit)
  5. 1/2 CupMilk/ Curd/ Water/ Coconut Milk
  6. 1 TablespoonChopped Dry Fruits For Garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1/3 cup quick oats in a glass or bowl.

    Add 2 teaspoon jaggery powder/ raw sugar/ honey or any sweetener you want to add, you also take it without sugar if you want to avoid it.

    Add 1/3 cup milk/curd/coconut milk. Stir and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add 1/ 2 tablespoon chia seeds/ Sabja seeds.

    Cover and keep in refrigerator for whole night.

    In morning topped it with chopped fruits and dry fruits. Enjoy delicious 5 minutes overnice oats breakfast recipe.
