Pressure cook vari rice with salt and equal or little larger amount of water for 3 whistles.

In mixter make fine paste of peanuts, green chilli and half coriander.

Take ghee in pan. Add red chilli, cumin seeds, chopped coriander and potato and fry them. Add peanut mixture in it with little amount of water. Add curd and salt.

Once potatoes gets cook add boiling water and let curry cook for another 5-6 mins.

Take rice in bowl and pour curry on top of it. Let it get little absorb. Eat it hot.
