Steps

Boil sweet corns in turmric and salt water till they gets fluffy. Drain off the water, add butter and let corns get cool down.

In large mixing bowl. Put those corns with red chilli powder, chat masala, black pepper and little vinegar and salt. Mix it.

Add all other vegetables once you are ready to serve.

While serving garnish it with sev or boondhi if you like some crunch.
