  1. 2 tablespoonoil
  2. 500 glean ground beef
  3. I large yellow onion
  4. 2 teaspoonsmixed garlic
  5. 1 tincan of tomato paste
  6. 2 piecesdried saumu
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  8. Fresh black pepper grounded
  9. 2 teaspoonssugar
  10. 2 tablespoonbutter
  11. 800 gpasta

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil on the pan

    Mix the grounded beef,onion,garlic and green pepper in a pan. Cook and stir until meat is brown.

    Stir tomatoes sauce and paste into the pan for 5 minutes

    Add salt pepper,fennel seed and stir while it cooks until its mixed properly.

    Add whole tomatoes and water break the tomatoes with the cooking spoon.

    Add beef,sugar and broth and stir combined.

  7. 7

    Increase heat to medium and bring the mixture to boil.

  8. 8

    Reduce the heat, simmer,uncover for 30 minutes while pasta is cooking for 2 hrs to add flavour.

    Wait for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve while hot and enjoy with cold fresh juice
