Ingredients

25 minutes
6 servings
  1. 5large size unripe plantains
  2. 10medium size tomatoes
  3. 1medium size onions
  4. I medium size dryfish
  5. 2 handfulalready cooked and diced pomo
  6. 4 cubesseasoning
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Pepper to taste(i used dry blended cameroun pepper)
  9. 2&1/2 cooking spoons of palm oil
  10. Water(enough to cover the plantain)
  11. 1 handfulscent leaf
  12. to tasteCrayfish

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the plantains,wash and dice into cubes. Wash and dice the tomatoes and onions.

  2. 2

    Soak the dry fish in hot water and debone them

  3. 3

    Put the diced plantains,then the pomo,dryfish, tomatoes and onions in pot

  4. 4

    Add the seasoning,salt,pepper then add water just enough to cover the plantain

  5. 5

    Cook till the water is almost dry then add the crayfish,after which you add the palmoil

  6. 6

    Cook for about 3 minutes then stir,add the scent leaves,cover the pot and cook for about 1 minute

  7. 7

    Food is ready,now enjoy your meal and feel the pomo
