Ingredients

  • 2 tspGhee
  • 1 bunchKale
  • 1/3 cupWhite wine
  • 1 tbspChopped garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Water

Steps

    Cut and wash kale

  2. 2

    Boil kale till tender

  3. 3

    Drain kale

  4. 4

    Heat ghee in pan

  5. 5

    Add garlic to ghee to toast

  6. 6

    Toss kale in pan

  7. 7

    Cook for five to ten minutes
