  1. 3 cuprice flour
  2. 1 cupurad daal flour
  3. baking soda
  4. salt
  5. 1 bowltoor daal
  6. Sambhar masala
  7. red chillies
  8. green chillies
  9. leavescoriander
  10. sarso daana
  11. gobhi
  12. brinjal
  13. tomatoes
  14. peanuts
  15. coconut
  16. yogurt
  17. leavescurry
  18. 1onion
  19. ginger
  20. hing
  21. imli paani

Steps

    Sambhar ke liye sab se pehle 1cup toor daal ko namak haldi ke sath pressure lagakar gala lein

  2. 2

    Fir daal ko nikal kar pressure cooker mein oil grm krein 1tbsp usmein sarso daana curry leaves heeng 3,4 red chillies dalein aur fry krne ke bd 2 bringel,gobhi aur tomatoes ko pressure lagakar gala lein

    Jab sabziyan pak jayein usmein daal dalein uske bd usmein imli ka Paani aur apne taste ke according namak dalein aur 2 tbsp Sambhar masala daal kar 1boil tak paka lein

    Idli ke liye 3cup rice flour aur 1cup urad daal ko ràat mein 1tbsp dahi aur Paani ke sath batter bana lein aur raat bhr ke Liye chhor dein

    Fir bnane ke 1 ghnte pehle 1/2tsp soda mix of ke rakh dein

  6. 6

    Fir idli ke bartan mein thoda sa oil hanthon ki help se lagakar idli ka batter dalein itna ke bartan mein jo idli ki space hai woh half khaali rahe

    5min high flame mein aur 10 min medium to low flame mein pakayein aur bd mein baher nikal lein.

    Peanut chutney or dips ke liye 1cup peanuts ko oil mein thoda sa fry kar ke nikalein.fir use thoda thanda kar ke usmein medium size ki onion 2 green chillies curry leaves aur coriander leaves salt aur 4tbsp dahi ke sath grind kar lein.fir 1tbsp oil grm kar ke usmein 1tsp sarso daana curry leaves daal kar tdka lagadein.

    Coconut chutney ke liye 2-3 inch ka nariyal ka piece lein jar mein cut kar ke dalein coriander leaves,green chilli,curry leaves,1inch ka ginger ka piece aur salt ke sath grind krein fir sarso dana curry leaves ka tdka lagadein...
