Season tuna filet with salt and cayenne pepper.

Melt butter with olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the peppercorns in the mixture until they soften and pop, about 5 minutes. Gently place the seasoned tuna in the skillet and cook to desired doneness, 1 1/2 minutes per side for rare. Remove and cut into slices.

Heat tortillas in microwave per directions on packaging.

Top tortilla with wasabi mayo, slices of tuna, cucumber, tomato, baby greens and sesame sauce. Wrap, cut in half & serve with a side of sesame sauce.
