Cover n let it rise,heat up oil n deep fry.dip ur hands n water to as to drop them well in the oil.Till golden brown

As it rises make shira /sugar syrup.By mixing the water,sugar n cardamon bring to boil till its bubbles n thick

Take the kaimati n pour the shira onto the kaimati

Make sure they are well coated
