Roughly grind a cup of peas with little water.Add gram flour, salt and sugar to taste,red chilli powder.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan.Add jeera /cumin and pinch of hing. When it splutters,add the peas paste and fry.Toss constantly so that it doesn't get burnt at the bottom.Sprinkle garam masala.Let the mixture cool for sometime.

Now add pinch of salt and baking powder to the flour and atta.Add 3 tbsp oil,ajwain.Mix all, add water to make a dough.Knead to a smooth dough.Make small balls out of the dough.Roll into small puris. Place a marble sized mixture on 1 puri.Cover it with another.Seal the edges with water.Give a twist all round.Heat a cup of oil in a pan and fry kachoris in low flame till crisp.Serve with chilli garlic tomato sauce.
