Tortellini with Walnut Sauce

Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water.

Blend the walnuts, vegan cream, sunflower oil, nutmeg, and salt in a blender until smooth. Add more oil if the sauce is too thick.

Toss the tortellini with the walnut sauce in a skillet over medium heat. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
