Ingredients

  • 1 lbChicken breast cut into pieces
  • 3 tspOlive oil
  • 2Oranges squeezed for juice.
  • 1Orange zest
  • 1/4 cupOrange juice
  • 1 tspFresh ginger
  • 3 tspSoy sauce
  • 2 tspSriracha
  • 1Chopped peanuts for topping...optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except for peanuts. Freeze. When ready to use, thaw overnight. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with stir fry veggies or rice or both
