1 lbChicken breast cut into pieces
3 tspOlive oil
2Oranges squeezed for juice.
1Orange zest
1/4 cupOrange juice
1 tspFresh ginger
3 tspSoy sauce
2 tspSriracha
1Chopped peanuts for topping...optional

Steps

Combine all ingredients except for peanuts. Freeze. When ready to use, thaw overnight. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with stir fry veggies or rice or both
