In a bowl, mix olive oil, mixed herbs, pepper, and salt. Stir well.

Then add the chicken and stir. Let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Heat a non-stick pan over low heat. Add the chicken and cover to ensure even heat. Once one side is cooked, flip to the other side. Avoid flipping too often. It takes about 30-40 minutes to cook thoroughly. Once cooked, remove from heat. Let it cool for about 15 minutes before cutting. If you cut it while hot, the juices will run out. Enjoy, bon appétit!
