2 c.uncooked white rice
2 c.water
3 Tbspcurry powder
1 Tbspolive oil
3 Tbsplemongrass
5dried bay leaf
1 c.Diced tofu or veggy meat
1 c.diced potato or any squash
1 c.diced carrots

Wash rice, pot in rice cooker, add all ingredients, stir or mix well.

Put in rice cooker on soft setting. Wait until rice cooker beeps in 30 min. Done.

Depending on your rice cooker, adjust water.. rice should be firm on the dry side.
