Ingredients

  • 2 c.uncooked white rice
  • 2 c.water
  • 3 Tbspcurry powder
  • 1 Tbspolive oil
  • 3 Tbsplemongrass
  • 5dried bay leaf
  • 1 c.Diced tofu or veggy meat
  • 1 c.diced potato or any squash
  • 1 c.diced carrots

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash rice, pot in rice cooker, add all ingredients, stir or mix well.

    Put in rice cooker on soft setting. Wait until rice cooker beeps in 30 min. Done.

  3. 3

    Depending on your rice cooker, adjust water.. rice should be firm on the dry side.
