Ingredients

  1. 2 cup wheat flour (crush daliya in mixture make it little thick flour like a ladoo flour)
  2. 1 cup methi leaves
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2 spoon green chilli, garlic, ginger paste
  5. 3 - spoon curd
  6. 1 - spoon Ajwain
  7. 4 - spoon sesame seeds
  8. For tadka
  9. as neededOil
  10. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  11. 1/2 tspSeesame seeds
  12. 1 spoonRed chilli powder-
  13. 1 spoonTurmeric powder-
  14. 1 - spoon coriander powder

Steps

30 mints
  1. 1

    Take one bowl add methi leaves wash properly

  2. 2

    Take one bowl add flour, methi leaves, curd, salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, tarmaric powder,Ajwain, oil add all ingredients put same water binding sofly

  3. 3

    Take dhokla maker put same oil in dhokla plat make same dough roll and put it on medium flam 15 to 20 mints steam ready

  4. 4

    After 15 to 20 mints check it after than gas off little bite cook down open it and cut it in small pieces

  5. 5

    Take one pan for tadka put same oil, mustard seeds, seesame seeds
