Ingredients

  1. 1white cake mix
  2. 1 (3 oz)pkg instant coconut cream pudding mix
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2 cupsmilk
  5. Frosting:
  6. 2 cupspowdered sugar
  7. 1/4 cuppeanut butter
  8. 1/4 cupmelted butter
  9. 1/4 cuphot milk
  10. 2 cupschopped peanuts (dry roasted)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Mix cake ingredients together

  3. 3

    Spread in greased jelly roll pan.

  4. 4

    Bake 20 min sometimes longer

  5. 5

    Crush/mix all frosting ingredients except peanuts and spread on bars. Immediately sprinkle peanuts before frosting gets hard
