Steps

Take a pan heat 2 tbs of oil and put sabut zeera, heing,curry leaves mustard seeds stir a little and add chopped green chillies stir it and than add half tbs of kalimirch powder and salt to taste mixwell and than add mashed potatoes and mixwell and keep the flame off and keep aside.

Take a bowl, add gram flour, red chilli powder, kalimirch powder,ginger and garlic paste kashmiri laal mirch powder, salt to taste, ajwain, rice flour, chopped coriander and some water.

Stir it thoroughly and make a semi flow dip.

Take the slice of bread and cut into round shape with the help of round cutter and spread the potato filling in between them.

Dip the bread slices into gram flour batter mix to completely soaked it.

Deep fry it in hot oil.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce and enjoy with hot tea.
