Sweeten Seeded Bread Rolls

Basically easy to make and nice for breakfast.

Assemble all the required ingredients

Weigh the ingredients appropiately

Sieve the flour

In a bowl,dissolve the yeast in half the water

In another bowl,dissolve salt and sugar in the other half

Add both liquids to the flour

Carefully knead by hand

When the dough is ready,cover it with a dump cloth

Leave it to prove for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes,scale it into desired portions

Shape and place on a greased baking sheet

Cover them again

Let them prove until almost double in size

Eggwash carefully

Sprinkle on top with either sesame seeds or poppy seeds

Bake immediately at 230 degrees

Break one and open to test if cooked

Allow to cool

Serve as your tea-snack
