Firstly boil the milk in medium flame.

When the milk become thick then add sugar and milkmaid as much you sweetened the dish. and now low the gas flame.

After 15 mins the Malai is about to ready.now add grated kaju and stir for 5 mins. Now off the gas. And let the Malai be cool.

Now cut the bread in round shape with help of a glass.

Fry the bread in ghee for both sides.

Now put it on the Malai. After 10 mins put the bread in a serving bowl and spread the Malai over it.

Lastly add grated almonds. Put it in the fridge.
