Cook rice till 3/4th and let it cool

Make paste of Biryani masala in half cup curd

Heat ghee in a pan and add ghee fry onion till brown

Add masala paste and stir than add chopped veggies and green peas

Add one cup water and cook it covered

Check it in between when cooked switch off the flame

In a big wok layer with rice than above it put one layer of cooked veggies and repeat the same process

Sprinkle ghee all over it

Spread coriander leaves and mint leaf and cook it covered for five min

Garnish it with fried onion and serve it with onion raita
