Ingredients

2 people

1/2 blockvegetarian sausage
(there are many types of sausage, but I only like the ones made from tofu skin)
1 sheettofu skin
A few dried shiitake mushrooms
1 tomato
1/4 pineapple
1 poundrice vermicelli noodles
Cabbage, lettuce, bean sprouts, cilantro, green onions
Vegetarian seasoning, sugar, pepper

Steps

Soak the mushrooms until soft, clean, and cut in half. Cut the tofu skin into bite-sized pieces, marinate with 1/3 teaspoon vegetarian seasoning, then fry until crispy. Prepare the remaining ingredients.

Sauté the white part of the green onions until fragrant, stir-fry the mushrooms with seasoning, then add the tomatoes, pineapple, and enough water to cook. Once the water boils a few times, adjust the seasoning to taste.

Boil water to blanch the noodles, then serve in a bowl. Enjoy a delicious bowl of noodles...😜😜😜
