Grate carrot in a separate bowl,In another bowl mix sugar,cinnamon,baking soda,flour and baking powder

In another bowl mix a little milk and oil
- 3
In the milk and oil mixture add small amount of flour mixture and mix
- 4
Alternate flour and milk until well mixed
- 5
Add carrots and mix well then bake at 170° for 40_60 minutes or until brown, insert a skewer to check if its fully cooked.
