Ingredients

1 cupwheat flour
1 cup makke ka aata/ maize flour
1 cupragi flour
1/2 cup gram flour
to tasteSalt
as neededOil
2 tspGinger and garlic paste
1 tspkitchen King
1 tspred chilli powder

Steps

Mix all ingredients one by one in large bowl...

Add water as required... and knead a soft dough....

Now make the paratha in ur favorite shape....

Place the paratha on hot tawa..

Cook it both side applying oil
6

Serve with aalo dum or ur favourite veg curry...
