Soak your rice for two hours, wash and keep aside

Put your water on fire, bring it to boil then add your already washed rice. Put enough water and cook until very soft. Lower your heat and turn using a wooden kitchen spatula, continue turning until all rice particles are invisible and your tuwo extremely soft. Cover the pot for a minutes then turn again and pack into any desired shape.

Peel your pumkin,wash, slice and blend with your tomatoes,pepper and onions

Boil to drain excess liquid and keep aside

Boil your meat, add seasoning and spices until soft and keep aside

Blend your groundnut and keep aside

Fry your palm oil, add a little sliced onion and put your already boiled pumkin and fry. Add your meat, crayfish, seasoning, and allow to cook for 3min. Add your groundnut and stir, cook for another 3min then add your green leaf, cover the pot and cook for a minute then turn off the heat.
