Ingredients

30mins at 180°
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 3/4 cupcooking oil
  • 3carrots
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1tbspoon baking powder

Steps

30mins at 180°
  1. 1

    Cut the carrots into small pieces,and in a blender add in oil,carrots,eggs.

    Blend in to a smooth consistency

    Add sieved flour and baking powder in to a bowl

    Add in the blended wet ingredients,fold in together and add in to your prepared baking tin bake at 180° for 30mins
