Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1 cupFinely chopped fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspGarlic paste
  • 1 pinchAestofida
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients and form a medium soft dough

  2. 2

    Make oval dumplings or muthiyas by rolling small dough balls on palms.

  3. 3

    Deep fry the muthiyas.. serve hot. Serve with green chutney.
