Lentil falafel

These falafels are super easy to make and great to have in the fridge for snacking during the week. They can be fried for more crunch but I prefer them baked (and probably healthier too) and they can also be thrown onto salads, sandwiches and wraps - preferably with a big dollop of hummus and hot sauce! #WorldPulseDay
