This is a to go-to soup when you are tired of using regular stew to eat rice. It can also be served with Couscous, spaghetti or macaroni

This is a to go-to soup when you are tired of using regular stew to eat rice. It can also be served with Couscous, spaghetti or macaroni

Boil water and add parboiled rice and salt to cook

Chop onions and saute with oil add grinder fresh ginger and garlic and saute with the onion

Add marinated chicken breast and stir together. Meanwhile blend tomatoes and atarugu together and set aside

Remove cooked chicken and set aside and add the blended tomatoes and pepper until well fried.

Add water and return the chicken into pot add peas and add all spices and seasoning. Mix cornflour with water and add to soup to thicken it.

Add all the veggies except green pepper and allow to simmer and cook for 5mins. Turn off the flame and add green pepper after a min. Serve with rice as above.
