Ingredients

  1. 250 gmbesan/gram flour
  2. 1 bowlcurd
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 2 tsp salt
  5. 1eno (fruit salt )
  6. 2potato boiled mash
  7. 1chopped onion
  8. 1chopped green chilli
  9. 1/2 tspkitchen king masala
  10. 1 tspchat masala
  11. 1/2 bowl grated paneer
  12. 2 oil
  13. 1 tbspnmustrd
  14. 1 pinchhing / asafoetida
  15. as neededlittle amount coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl.mix besan curd sugar and 1 tbsp salt.add water and mix well and keep it aside for an hour.

    After an hour mix eno.your dhokla mix is ready

    In a bowl mix mashed potato,kitchen king masala chat masala coriander leaves and paneer, salt and mix well.

    In a pan heat oil.when it is heated then add mustard seeds and hing.now fry onion and chillies.

    Now add the mashed potato mix and fry well.after it gets cooked take it down and let it cool.

    In a silicon mould add 1tbsp of dhokla mix.now add little potato masala then again add dhokla mix on it.now steam it.

    Your stuffed dhokla is ready.serve it with coconut and green chutney.
