Tired of having salad rolls with the same old dressing? Today, we have a special sauce that's easy to make and offers a new, delicious taste.
Steps
- 1
First, prepare the filling by slicing the chicken into strips. Marinate with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning (optional), 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon chicken-flavored seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon paprika, and 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder. Mix well and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
- 2
Next, heat a pan over medium heat, add a little oil, and grill the marinated chicken until fully cooked and nicely colored.
- 3
Then, make the sauce for the salad rolls by mixing 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons honey, 2-3 large cloves of finely chopped garlic, and the juice of half a lemon until smooth. Finally, wrap the salad rolls with your favorite vegetables and cooked chicken using rice paper wrappers. Soak the rice paper in clean water for about 5-10 seconds, place it on a flat surface, add your favorite vegetables and cooked chicken, and wrap it neatly.
