Cut the vegetables in finger size & wash it gently with water. Keep is in a cooler or pan on medium flame for 10 to 15 till the vegetables smells fade out.

Take a grind coconut and 2 spoon of cumins seeds in the mixer jar and make it as fine paste.

Once the vegetables get boiled put a pan with 3 spoons of coconut oil with mustard seeds.once the mustard seeds get sparkled put the vegetable’s after strained the water. Add the coconut and cumin seeds paste,turmeric powder in to it add the required amount of salt and water to get correct level of substance.

Finally add the remaining 2 spoon of coconut oil 4 curry leaves into it and Mixed it well.Serve hot with adai dhosa or sambhar rice....
