A popular Nigerian dish. Preparation is very easy and stress-free.
Steps

Goal 1: Slice the tuber of yam into small pieces and wash. Put on fire to boil.

Goal 2: While it is cooking, blend the pepper and onions. N.B: Be careful to add enough onions because it brings a good smell to the pepper mixture

Goal 3: Cut the pomo into smaller pieces. Soak the crayfish and dry fish in water so it gets soft.

Goal 4: As the yam begins to approach softness, add the Maggi and salt. Next the pepper, Iru,fish and pomo.

Goal 5: If you are adding scent leaf, wash, shred and add it.

Goal 6: Add the oil then cover the pot lower the heat and let it steam together.
